• However, if you upload a photo containing your face, that image will be treated as standard image data for the purpose of AI image generation.

• Uploaded images are used only to generate AI-created images based on your input request.
• We do not use these images for advertising, analytics, model training, user profiling, or any other secondary purpose.

3. Data Sharing and Transmission

• Uploaded images are securely transmitted to our servers over encrypted channels (e.g., HTTPS/TLS).
• During processing, they are temporarily stored and then sent to a third-party AI image generation service (Google Gemini API) solely for generating the requested result.
• We do not share, sell, or disclose your images to any other third parties.

4. Access Control

• Each uploaded image is associated with a unique access token, ensuring that only the user who uploaded it can view the image and generated results.
• No other users, employees, or third parties have access to this data.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• Uploaded images and the generated results are automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing completion.
• We do not retain any copies beyond this period.

6. No Biometric Processing

• We do not analyze, extract, or store any biometric identifiers (such as facial geometry, templates, or unique biometric signatures) from the uploaded images.
