If you upload audio (such as voice recordings), the audio is treated as standard audio data used only for the requested AI features.

2. Purpose of Use

Uploaded audio is used only to generate AI-created songs.

We do not use these audio for advertising, analytics, model training, user profiling, or any other secondary purpose.

3. Data Sharing and Transmission

Uploaded audio are securely transmitted to our servers over encrypted channels (e.g., HTTPS/TLS).

During processing, they may be temporarily stored and sent to third-party AI services (such as RunningHub Or Suno) solely for generating the requested result.

We do not sell or share your audio with other third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.

4. Access Control

Each uploaded audio file is associated with a unique access token, ensuring that only the user who uploaded it can access the content and generated results.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Uploaded audio, and generated results are automatically deleted within 24 hours after processing is completed.

We do not retain copies beyond this period.

Advertising ID

Our app may use the device's Advertising ID for the following purposes:

• To analyze app usage
• To improve product performance and user experience
• To support advertising and marketing attribution (if applicable)

The Advertising ID is a user-resettable identifier provided by the device. Users can reset or limit the use of this identifier in their device settings.

We do not link the Advertising ID to personally identifiable information.
